I'm handing over the customer service and main email communication reins over the wonderful Christina Mascaro, who has years of customer service experience with the largest fruit gifting company in the world.
I unfortunately will often find myself side-tracked when it comes to replying to emails and answering questions, and i haven't been satisfied with the amount of time it has been taking me to reply to customer inquiries.
This will enable me to concentrate on car development and order fulfillment, and provide Intersection Replicas with an increased level of customer service.
